OUTDOOR COOKING

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THE SMELL OF MESQUITE SMOKE IN YOUR HAIR.
WE COOKED OUT OVER THE OPEN FIRE TONIGHT. WONDERFUL SEASONED CHEESE BURGERS. WITH LETTUCE AND CHIPS AND ICED TEA.

FOR DESSERT...WARM CHERRY CRUMBLE. I DIDN'T COOK THAT OVER THE FIRE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEASONED MY NEW DUTCH OVEN YET.

Mmmmmmmmm! When you smell good enough to eat! LOL

A perfect evening. I've never cooked with a dutch oven, but I really want to learn. I'm looking forward to hearing more about yours.

I think I may have one in the loft. I need to send Michael to try and find out.
