JACKPOT FREE FROM CRAIGS LIST
HAVE YOU EVER HIT ONE OF THE FREE ITEMS FROM CRAIGS LIST, FREECYCLE, OR SOME OTHER SOURCE THAT JUST MADE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN A TREASURE? THAT IS WHAT I FELT LIKE TODAY. HERE IS WHAT I GOT FREE ON CRAIGSLIST:
That's great. Is the glass real amber glass or painted? I have 5 old oil lamps and I love them. My mother-in-law painted two of them with a crystal-looking stuff - I don't like it (don't tell my husband), but would never change it, even though it ruins any value it might have had. It has value to my husband and that's enough.
Omigosh, you certainly were very lucky to get those...free even!! I have a few vintage oil lamps but none with that colour glass, they really are gorgeous!!

Yes this is real amber glass. I don't suppose any of you would know how old they would be would you? They are heavy too.
