Well since I can't get up and do anything for more than a half hour, and I don't have a whole lot in the shelves, I decided to try my hand at home made white bread. I have failed at this in the past.
Since my house is cool, it didn't rise too good. I had just unloaded a load of dishes and the dishwasher was still warm and humid so I put the bowl in there. In 15 minutes it was done with the first rising.
I made rolls and a round loaf.
The house smells so wonderful. Think I will have a roll with my Niquil.

Looks yummy! As for the plastic.. we put it up when the wind isn't blowing LOL but the trick is using a ton of staples. I had plastic stay up during a tropical storm because it had so many staples in it.

God does that look delicious!!! I haven't baked homemade bread in along time...I might do that soon.
