We rescheduled the rabbit breeding til this afternoon. It is too windy and cold and I slept too late.
Here is the results of last night's canning; I am very pleased with the work of the vinegar in the canner water. No white film on the jars at all.
Today I will make the broth and tonight I will can up the concentrated broth and the last two quarts of sauce.

How much vinegar do you put in the canner water? My jars are always covered with white film and it makes them look terrible. Never heard of doing this but another plus for vinegar!!
I didn't measure it but I think for a half a canner full of water about 1/8 of a cup or so. It does work great.
