Great job! Canning meat is not something a lot of people do, and I don't think I've ever seen anyone can the organ meats before. I love how you are using every chance to find ways to be self-sufficient.
Thank you Faith very much. As I am reading this though I am thinking about advertising the rest of the birds on craigs list because I just don't have time to do the rest. It will bring in almost $200 so we will see.
