DEHYDRATING SWEET POTATOS

I had to share this. I don't have any sweet potatos right now but i am going to try this with my last yellow hubbard squash and pumpkins.

I've saved all her videso on my YouTube playlist. :-D

For a snack, I will soak my sweet potatoes in cider vinegar, sprinkle with salt and dry them. Not bad, if you want to have a more healthy crunch.

I am so glad you guys said this. I really thought I was weird thinking that. Faith...cider vinegar? can you give specifics? peeled and sliced or soak it whole? how long? etc?

Slice them about 1/4 inch thick. People with money to burn, pour the ACV over to cover. I just pour a couple of inches into the bottom and stir it around often enough that they are continually wet with it.

Then arrange them on your sheets and sea salt them.

They are good with my home made salsa, too. I can eat it all day and have hardly any calories, just all veggies.
