2nd Post: All Done!
And look at the porch...compare with the photo of the porch in the first post and look how much higher above the top step is is now! Yea ok....I really need new steps!
Nope I know the drywall isn't covered because they told me so. The window seals had broken prior to them breaking the window. Had it been in good shape prior to the leveling I would ask but it wouldn't be right to ask them to replace a window that needed replacing in the first place.

Now that its level will they fix the cracks and window? I know that was a big surprise for you!
