Beautiful!!!

What flooring did you use? It looks just like the stuff I installed in the floor of my husbands big rig. Made it look really nice.

Thank you guys! Faith I went to Seconds and Surplus and bought Techno step 7mm with the thin sound deadening pad for under it. I cant find the name of the color though

Once again, Very Nice! I am still looking at the sub-flooring in our kitchen :( I have hope that within the month that will no longer be the case. I will be using your posts as motivation. So do you feel like putting new cabinets in your bathroom and new counter tops in the kitchen too? I need lots of motivation here... LOL!

H I am telling you. Remodelling is like plastic surgery. It snowballs. I was standing in the kitchen with the contractor and I said .."wow those cabinets look really bad now". His comment? "You know I could refish those for you for about 1/3 the price of new cabinets" Yep I believe it is my new vice!

LOL

Just remember, YOU can refresh them for about 1/10 the price!

It feels so good the nicer it looks, doesn't it! Every once in a while I get sick of all the upkeep, and think of how people used to get by just fine with sod houses.

But it would take more than that to drive me to one. LOL Now, the COB house has always intrigued me.

Faith I love the looks of Cob homes; I meant refinish on the cabinets; your answer is good either way; now it is time to clean! (and kill flies since the door was open during the floor process)
