I was so in hopes you would email me after I left a comment recently but I guess my request didn't reach you for there are no comments here. I'm really sorry to bother you but I can't find an answer anywhere so far.'Looking at the beautiful apple tree in bloom I was wondering WHEN the blooms appeared, before the leaves or afterward. I too have a Granny Smith. Having it three years now, no blooms ever and the leaves all curled and turned dry looking. Examining it two yrs in a row, I saw nothing on it that could be causing this. Then I was recently told it was pests or fungus. Wondered if you experienced this with yours. Lowe's reccommended a fruit tree spray. Twice applied, nothing changed but today caterpillars were hungrily devouring the leaves when I went to spray. The 'stuff' didn't deter their movement and progress.Do you have any advice? I certainly would appreciate any you can give. carolyn T
